Obtain an Alcohol/Liquor License
No person shall engage in business as a wholesaler, distributor, jobber or retailer of any alcoholic beverage in the corporate limits of the City without first having obtained from the City a license to do such business. Such license shall be issued by the City Clerk after approval of the Elba City Council.
Prior to applying for an alcohol and/or liquor license with the City of Elba, an individual/business must have qualified with the Alcohol Beverage Control Board of the State of Alabama (ABC Board). The ABC Board Licensing Division for Coffee County may be contacted as follows:
