Police Reports may be acquired by visiting the Elba Police Department located at 304 Simmons Street 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The fees for obtaining reports are as follows:

Incident/Offense Reports are free to victims, otherwise, they cost is $5.00 for each report.

Accident Reports are $10.00
