$10,000+

With a contribution of $10,000 or more, your name or the name of your company will be prominently displayed and will become a permanent part of the playground.

We really need to secure a couple more Title Sponsors.  If you or your company are financially able to make a contribution of this size, we hope that you would consider doing so!

All donations are tax deductible and checks should be made out to the "Kiwanis Foundation of Alabama".

A large marble marker is in the works for our Title Sponsors and will be installed at the site in the near future.

Our title sponsors are:

Personalized Pickets

$25.00 each

When you purchase a picket, your desired inscription (up to 22 characters and spaces) will be engraved on a fence picket which will be used to build the fence surrounding the playground.

Here are some picket ideas:

  • We are trying to get pickets donated for all 134 children serviced by the Elba Housing Authority.  Encourage members of your church, Sunday School class, club, organization, work or family to take on this worthy project.  These are being offered for a reduced rate of $15 each.
  • Buy a picket for each of your children or grandchildren.  Several families have already done this -- don't be left out!
  • Buy a picket for a beloved family pet (example: This is Ace's Picket)
  • Buy a picket for your church or Sunday School class (example:  First Baptist Church)
  • Purchase a picket for your club or organization (example:  Rotary Club of Elba)
  • Have all of the members of a group that you are involved in buy a picket (cheerleaders, Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions Club, for example)
  • Buy a picket for your graduating class (example: EHS Class of 2006)
  • Put your company slogan on your picket (example: Hot Eats-Cool Treats)
  • Put your company's website on a picket -- where else can you get permanent advertising for $25? (example:  www.dairyqueen.com)
  • Buy a picket that relates to your industry (example:  Want some ice cream?)
  • Purchase a series of pickets to be installed together (example: Picket 1: What some ice cream?, Picket 2: Visit Dairy Queen, Picket 3: 897-8827, Picket 4: North Claxton Avenue, Picket 5: Hot Eats-Cool Treats, Picket #6 www.dairyqueen.com).

Remember, pickets aren't just for kids!!!

If you are would like to purchase some pickets, please contact Laurie Chapman (897-1152) or download a picket form that you can print out and send in with your contribution.   You must have Adobe Acrobat to view the form.

This is a Sample image -- not TigerTown Park's Pickets!!!

I will try to get a picture of our pickets up soon!

Handprint Tiles

Handprint Tiles

$35.00 each

When you purchase a handprint tile, you will be given a tile to decorate that will be displayed in  the playground.  Handprint tiles were decorated during "Build Week", but will be available at the Christmas Festival as well.

Here are some handprint tile ideas:

·         Decorate your tile with your baby's footprint instead of handprint.

·         Purchase handprint tiles for a child that cannot otherwise afford one.

·         Offer handprint tiles as rewards to children for doing something for you. (example:  wash the car for a handprint tile).

·         Volunteer to help children decorate their tiles during the Christmas Festival.

·         Do a handprint together with your spouse or significant other.

Download a handprint tile form here that you can print out and send in with your contribution.  You must have Adobe Acrobat to view the form.
