The 24th annual Elba Christmas Parade will be on Saturday, December 3, 2011 starting at 4:30pm.  We encourage all bands, clubs, queens, civic organizations, churches, and businesses to join us for a fun-filled parade! There is no entry fee…Hurry.. deadline to enter is November 30th!!
